Bookings, cancellations and charges

Cancellation policy for individuals: The hotel will charge for one night minimun in the case of late cancellation or no show. Standard cancellation is 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note that bookings made at discounted rates or other specials and packages other policies may apply.

Guests are required to provide a deposit and/or credit card details on booking or arrival.  All prices are specified per room and per night and include all service charges and the value added tax. For groups and more than 5 rooms from the same party other cancellation policies apply. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.


With groups the following cancellation policy applies:

  1. 55-75 days prior to arrival 25% of reserved service will be charged
  2. 31-55 days prior to arrival 50% of reserved service will be charged
  3. 15-30 days prior to arrival 75% of reserved service will be charged
  4. 0-14 days prior to arrival 100% of reserved service will be charged

Hotel regulations

Check in time is from 16:00 each day.

Check out time shall be no later than 11:00 AM.

Guests shall comply with all rules, regulations and instructions at the hotel, including but not limited to security procedures, health and safety procedures, registration requirements.

Landhotel shall be entitled to refuse a guest entry or accommodation or to require a guest to leave the hotel  if unreasonable behaviour is displayed, be it threatening or abusive, causing disturbance to other guests or otherwise unacceptable. Pets are not allowed.

Child policy

Infants at the age of 0-2 years stay free of charge in cot in every room type. Children at the age of 3-12 years the accommodation is free of charge when sharing a room with existing bedding with 1 or 2 adults but need to be charged for breakfast. Extra bedding can be supplied for extra fee.  For more information check at the hotel reception.

Children under 13 years of age must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times while on the Hotel’s premises.

Lost property

Lost and found items will remain on the Hotel’s premises for a period of three months. To claim any lost and found items, a guest should first contact the hotel.

Complaints or comments

We strive to cater to the individual needs of our guests at all times, so if you feel there is an area that we can improve, or if you are unsatisfied with your visit. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be reported right away to the hotel’s reception at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time.

Force Majure

Landhotel cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations that are caused by events that are beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to strikes, restriction on supplies, acts of civil or military authority, acts of terrorism, insurrections, peace or army action, civil commotion, demonstrations, natural disasters, pandemics etc.

  1. Smoking or vaping penalty in any area inside the hotel is 500 euros
  2. Extra cleaning charges due to vomit or if room is unusual messy is 400 euros
  3. If any damages are made to hotel´s property or items full fee for replacement will be charged.
