Wander & Flow is a yoga retreat and adventure weekend where the goal is to move the body, nourish the soul and enjoy nature. We will recharge completely with daily yoga, outdoor activities, delicious food, good company and complete relaxation.
Our yoga teacher, Sæunn, will guide us through energetic and fun yoga flows as well as deeply relaxing and nourishing yin. Her classes are open to all levels and she makes sure to offer modifications for both beginners and those more experienced.
